- Proximity to Airport: Ideal for plane enthusiasts, offering unique planespotting opportunities.
- Ease of Access: Its location near the airport makes it easy to reach, especially for travelers.
- Urban Convenience: Being close to Munich, it provides a quick naturist getaway without the need for extensive travel.
- Scenic Views: Offers picturesque views with planes in the backdrop, adding a unique charm.
The Bad
- Small Nudist Area: Limited space dedicated to nudism, which can feel restrictive.
- Crowded Post-Work Hours: Tends to become overly congested, especially after business hours, reducing privacy and relaxation.
- Noise from Air Traffic: Proximity to the airport means constant noise from landing or departing planes, which can be disruptive.
- Lack of Privacy: Due to its small size and crowds, it offers less privacy compared to larger, more secluded nude beaches.
- Limited Amenities for Naturists: Most facilities, like food and restrooms, are in the textile area, possibly inconvenient for those in the nudist section.
The Naked Truth
Pullinger Weiher in Munich offers a unique, albeit compact, nude lake experience. Nestled close to the airport, it's a haven for plane enthusiasts and provides a rather unconventional mix of naturism and planespotting. However, its limited FKK nude area can get uncomfortably crowded, especially after business hours, making relaxation a bit of a challenge. Also, the constant hum of airplanes might disrupt the peace you'd expect at a nude beach. It's a curious spot for a quick naturist dip if you're nearby, but if you're seeking a more tranquil or spacious nude beach experience, exploring a bit further might be worthwhile.

The nude (FKK) section at Pullinger Weiher, though modest in size, is a cozy place for sunbathers and nature lovers. We found the area mostly frequented by younger couples, and the local regulars all seemed to know each other, adding a friendly, communal vibe. The proximity to the airport means you can watch planes take off and land – a rare treat for plane spotters. What's more, there's a lovely beer garden nearby - Pullinger Südstrand Biergarten, which is perfect for a refreshing drink after soaking up the sun. Just beware you'll need to put some clothes on when you grab a beer or food, this area is located outside of the FKK (nude) zone.
This spot is great for those new to nude beaches and seasoned naturists alike. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with visitors respecting each other's space. The beach is clean and well-maintained, with clear, inviting waters. It is mostly grass on the beach with gravel and smooth pebbles in the lake. However, shade is scarce as the day progresses, so bringing a parasol is a good idea. Despite the occasional aircraft noise, the natural beauty and serene setting more than make up for it. Check out this 360 view of Pullinger Weiher to get more of an idea about the layout.
Besides the nude area, Pullinger Weiher also features a textile zone, offering more amenities for visitors. The newly renovated lake and surrounding areas are picturesque, ensuring a pleasant experience whether you're here to sunbathe or just enjoy the outdoors. The lack of parking or entrance fees is a bonus, but remember, the parking lot gets busy quickly on sunny days. For those exploring nude places in Germany, Pullinger Weiher is a must-visit, offering a unique blend of natural beauty, friendly vibes, and an exciting planespotting twist. It is so easy to reach from the airport and would be a perfect spot to reinvigorate during a stopover.
