Domaine Naturiste de Riva Bella is the kind of place you choose for its natural setting - a chance to disconnect and truly relax - but you end up leaving feeling energized and reinvigorated thanks to its incredible amenities and the beauty that surrounds you.
We were fortunate to be hosted by Riva Bella in June 2025 and stayed in one of their Paradisu Villas. The accommodation was everything we hoped for: modern, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just a two-minute stroll from the beach and about ten minutes from the on-site restaurant. The villa featured two outdoor spaces and came stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a high chair and a baby bed. For those who like to stay connected, the resort offers lightning-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi - rare for a camping site and such a nice touch for a remote destination.
Now, let’s talk about the beach. Honestly, it’s epic. Warm, soft sand, calm and crystal-clear water, and easy access - it checks every box for an unforgettable beach experience. The fact that it’s designated as naturist and directly connected to the resort means the vast majority of guests embrace the clothing-optional vibe (we only noticed one clothed couple during our whole stay). Riva Bella makes it even easier by assigning loungers to rental guests and providing parasols for a small deposit. No need to stress about where to set up for the day.
Although we didn’t camp, we spent time walking through the campground and were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The bathrooms, showers, and dishwashing stations were spotless, and the pitches were nicely spaced out, creating a sense of both privacy and community. It honestly looks like a great place to camp if that’s your style.
Dining is easy at Riva Bella thanks to the on-site restaurant and small grocery store. The restaurant serves a menu featuring local dishes and also hosts themed nights, which are a fun way to enjoy Corsican flavors. One note: the mini-mart closes from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., so plan ahead.
One of the real highlights for us was the Thalasso & Spa. It’s a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring hammam facilities, hydro-massage baths, a seawater circuit, sauna, and jacuzzi. Beauty treatments and massages are also available, making it a perfect way to add a little luxury to your holiday. If you’re not looking to splurge, there’s even a free sauna overlooking the beach that’s available to all guests - a simple touch that feels indulgent.
And now for something truly unique: llamas! Yes, you read that right. Riva Bella has llamas on-site, along with pigs and donkeys. There’s a marked llama trail where you can walk and interact with the animals, and the resort even encourages guests to feed them. It’s such a charming and unexpected experience that adds to the character of the place.
For those who like to stay active, there’s plenty going on. During the summer months, the resort offers kids’ programs alongside regular fitness classes for adults, so the whole family can get involved.
Even though the resort was fairly full during our stay in June, it never felt crowded. The layout of both the rentals and campsites strikes a perfect balance between community and privacy, allowing you to socialize when you want and retreat when you need some quiet time. We highly recommend Riva Bella!
